What's your return policy?

  • We will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per I HEART BMK discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the receipt.
  • Eligible refunds made within 30 days after receipt will be credited for the item's purchase price in the original form of payment.
  • Any other return/exchange will fall under the I HEART BMK Guarantee policy for merchandise credit or merchandise swap.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders:

Our products are custom made to your orders which usually occurs a couple of hours after the order has been placed. Once orders are in production, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

  • There is a 50% re-stocking fee on all cancelled orders as we incur non-recoupable costs regardless of an order's fulfillment status.
  • If applicable, your shipping fees will be fully refunded due to a cancellation.

Return/Exchange/Refund vs I HEART BMK GUARANTEE (IHBG):

What's the difference between the two:

  • Return/Exchange/Refund - are orders that are purchased in 30 days and follows the guidelines above in our Return Policy.
  • I HEART BMK Guarantee (IHBG) - is our commitment/warranty for life. All you have to do is fill out the IHBG Form and send the product and the completed form back to us.
