We heard you and thank you for your support and helping us to grow and improve our services.  We are happy to introduce the I HEART BMK Guarantee (IHBG), our commitment from us to you by backing all our products for life. All you have to do is fill out the IHBG Form and send the product and the completed form back to us.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU TO FULFILL YOUR I HEART BMK GUARANTEE (IHBG):

  1. Find your order number
  2. Print out and complete our IHBG Form
  3. Mail us your IHBG Form and item (please ensure that you get a tracking number)
  4. Tell us your story with your request and you might be featured on our IHBG stories (optional)
  5. Look out for an email from us with an update

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I GET THE RIGHT SIZE?

Just send your item back to us in the conditions outlined in the return policy, and let us know what size you need (additional charges may apply due to the size needed) to the address below:

MY SHIRT WAS LOST/STOLEN, CAN I STILL QUALIFY FOR IHBG?

Unfortunately, we need the item to be sent back to us to honor the IHBG.

I CAN'T FIND MY ITEM ON YOUR WEBSITE ANYMORE, CAN I STILL GET IT?

We will do our best to get you the same item. In case we do not have it, we will exchange it for an item of your choice of equal or lesser value under the IHBG guidelines.

CAN I JUST GET A REFUND?

We will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per I HEART BMK discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt (for further details, please see our return/refund policy).

WILL YOU SEND ME A RETURN LABEL TO SEND MY IHBG TO YOU?

You will need to cover the shipping when sending your IHBG item back to us, and we will cover shipping the new item to you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY IHBG?

Once we receive your guarantee in the mail, you can expect to hear from our team within one work week (weekends excluded) to begin your process (time frame may vary during the holiday seasons).

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY IHBG?

When sending us your package, make sure you get a tracking number. This will be the number one way to ensure that we receive it.  I HEART BMK is not responsible for items that are lost in transit back to us.  Once we receive your item, our team will notify you via email. 

I BOUGHT MY I HEART BMK ITEM FROM A 3RD PARTY, DO I STILL QUALIFY FOR THE DDDG?

As long as the 3rd party is one Authorized by I HEART BMK, we can still process the IHBG. Please include the order number and the name of the company you purchased it from on your IHBG Form when you send us your package.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN CHILDREN SIZE PRODUCTS?

We honor the same guarantee for children items.  Items must be exchanged within the 30 days of the receipt for any size (please refer to our return/exchange policy for further details). Unfortunately, children's purchases older than the 30 days of receipt do not qualify.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN ACCESSORY ITEMS?

We honor the same I HEART BMK Guarantee for those items with an additional one-time processing payment per exchange/replacement of $14.99 for any items that is not a t-shirt or onesie (please reach out to our customer service center for further support at info@iheartbmk.com).

Return/Exchange/Refund vs I HEART BMK GUARANTEE (IHBG)?

What's the difference between the two:

  • Return/Exchange/Refund - are orders that are purchased in 30 days and follows the guidelines above in our Return Policy.
  • I HEART BMK Guarantee (IHBG) - is our commitment/warranty for life. All you have to do is fill out the IHBG Form and send the product and the completed form back to us.

WHY IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?

We do not roll this cost into our retail price and due to our sustainability practice, our products may be shipped from varies destinations, and we strive our best to ensure that your order is consolidated as best as possible (please see Shipping & Handling on our site for further details and note that delivery time varies depending on product ordered).

WHY DO YOU HAVE AFFILIATES?

We are a small business, and we focus on designing and producing products within our scope, and hopefully as we continue to grow, so will our product offerings.  Until then, we rely on our partners who are interested in providing services and products through their own website for better customer experience.  Your purchases made through them will adhere to their guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.  This is what we are calling the 1-4-Pops Outpost.
